                                                                       About the Book

To see very convincing evidence of God, we will investigate Bible prophecies and Historical evidence too in my book, including dates about Christ not only His birth, but His ministry, crucifixion resurrection, and ministry in heaven too. But also there are future predictions found in the book of Revelation. All these prophecies show how accurate and dependable and authentic that the Holy Bible really is. We will explore many Bible truth's like: What is God really like? Is the Bible the truth, why? What is the 'mark of the beast? Is the USA, some popular Churches, and the Muslim Countries in Bible prophecies, How are they related to the ‘mark of the beast’? Are the Ten Commandments important? What day is the true Sabbath, does it matter? What is genuine Righteousness by Faith?  Is Christ coming soon? Are we living in the very last days of this world? And much more! Includes also,my persoanl conversion story and how Christ has changed my life in so many ways.

Some topics in my book are very controversial. Some interpretations very different than you have ever heard before, but we must allow the Bible to interpret, itself that’s the key! My book may be considered very controversial on some Bible topics because it differs with the Catholic religion and even with some Protestant Churches too. But the book is full of inspired Bible truth and the book is written to inspire and uplift all classes, genders, races, nationalities, and people of different religions including Catholic  people and many of my relatives are Catholic and  almost all my friends that I grew up with were Catholic and I  mean no offenece to Catholic people or anyone else personally, so please check out the book for yourself.

This book is very uplifting and inspiring, it also reveals God’s plans for planet earth and many Bible prophecies-including last day events. I do believe that we are in the last days of earth's history and you should be better prepared for all the amazing things that are going to happen to this world both good and bad. But be aware of false prophets like Ronald Weinland and the Church of God with books saying that many last day prophecies begin in 2008 and they say many thousands of  people in the USA will be killed  this year in 2008. According to the Bible there are some major events that need to take place before these major prophecies of Revelation begin and  before the world will end and I cover them in my book. Prayerfully investigate these things for yourself, and determine the truth. Lord God, “Sanctify them by the truth, your word is truth.”John 17:17.“And you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” John 8:23.

Prophecies are Being Fulfilled

“Are we to wait until the fulfillment of the prophecies of the end before saying anything concerning them? Of what value will our words be then? Shall we wait until God’s judgments fall upon the transgressor before we tell him how to avoid them? Where is our faith in the word of God? Must we see things foretold come to pass before we will believe what He has said? In clear, distinct rays light has come to us, showing us that the great day of the Lord is near at hand, ‘even at the doors.’ Let us read and understand before it is too late.” – E.G. White, Testimonies, vol. 9, page 20.

Is there convincing evidence of GOD?

"Is it logical to think man can find out who is God? We may be able to see evidence of God’s existence and some of his attributes by using reason, but unless God chooses to reveal Himself, we will always be limited to our senses. If God created the Heavens with an expanse measured as more then 15 billion light years, and the smallest living thing, a cell, still beyond our understanding it is only logical to assume our knowledge of God is limited to the extent of His Revelation. If He made the eyes to see and the ears to hear, unless he choose us to know Him we could not.

Has God revealed Himself?

If God revealed Himself, can we use logic to find Him? Truth is that which corresponds with reality. Again, it would be logical to think the facts of reality correspond to God’s existence. Our understanding of God’s identity is dependent on God’s revelation of Himself. If we examine the faiths of the world, can we use reason and logic to discover the truth? On the other hand, is faith separate from reason?

Is faith separate from reason and logic?

To understand the connection between faith and reason we need to define the terms, faith and reason. Faith means to trust in that which is unseen. Reason translated in the Greek, as “Logos”, means plan or word. Reason is the systematic assembling of facts, plan, to arrive at a conclusion. Hebrews defines faith as, things unseen and not yet seen.

1. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
Hebrews 11:1

For many the term faith is strictly a religious, term while science is associated  with reason and logic. However, someone does not need to be religious to operate on faith. Faith is real for any living rational being. Without faith, even the most ardent atheist could do no more then stand in a corner and wait for reality. Let us look at some examples of how faith operates.

Flying in an airplane

If Joe Atheist, wanted to leave Cleveland and go to Hawaii, Joe would more then likely choose to go via an airline. Faith is means to put trust in the unseen. Joe will use reason to understand that airplanes fly. Joe will probably connect several points of reason.

He has seen planes fly.
He has read about how planes fly.
He has friends who fly.
He has experienced flight.
Using this collection of facts Joe, believes that if he enters an airplane in Cleveland he will be able to fly and land in Hawaii. Joe has faith he will be able to fly to Hawaii, faith is confirmed when it becomes reality. Joe does not know as fact he will make it to Hawaii, he has faith. The airplane could crash, Hawaii might not have room for the plane, and Joe could die on the plan before he gets to Hawaii. Joe is operating on probability, obtained from reasoning with the facts. The high probability gives credence to his faith. This probability with reason is the basis of his faith in his plan to fly to Hawaii."

Types of Evidence

Encyclopedia Britannica defines evidence as,

Evidence in law, any of the material items or assertions of fact that may be submitted to a competent tribunal as a means of ascertaining the truth of any alleged matter of fact under investigation before it.

[1] The Depart of Justice defines evidence as, Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.

[2] In addition, The American Heritage Dictionary of the English language defines evidence as The data on which a judgment or conclusion may be based, or by which proof or probability may be established.

[3] Evidence comes from the word “Evident” which means easily recognizable or perceived. Evidence is the data used to prove a case; the evidence should correspond with reality (Truth). We could classify evidence for the existence of God into four main classifications with several subcategories.

Objective Evidence: is concerned with material evidence as opposed to a mental concept idea or belief. This type of evidence can be categorized into several categories

1. Historical: Evidence, which is a part of history and verified through actual locations, events, tombs, documents and witnesses.

Example; The Roman empire’s conquest of Jerusalem is documented Roman history, verified in the Arch of Titus in Rome.

2. Archeology: is systematic recovery by scientific methods of material evidence remaining from man’s life and culture.

Example:  The discovery of the Black Obelisk of Shalmaneser which shows Jehu, King of Israel bowing and paying tribute to the Assyrian King Shalmaneser.

3. Documentary: is anything serving as evidence or proof, as a material substance bearing a revealing symbol or mark.

Example: The discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls verified the textual integrality of the oldest existing Hebrew manuscripts.

4. Scientific: is the observation, identification, description, experimental investigation, and theoretical explanation of natural phenomena.

Example: The radiation echo demonstrates the universe is finite and therefore has a cause.

· Eyewitness Accounts

Testimonies: this is often part of a documentary evidence since many times eyewitness accounts become part of the written record.

Example: Jesus appeared to the 11 disciples after his resurrection, their testimonies of this are recorded in the scripture.

· Subjective Evidence: Is concerned with emotions and environment and takes place within a person’s mind. For example to have a vision about is personal and subject to the individual. Subjective evidence is not objectively verified.

1. Emotions: Evidence based on a feelings and emotions.

Example: When I read the Bible, my spirit is calm.

2. Experience: Evidence based on personal experience.

Example: I prayed that God would heal me of cancer, and my last doctor’s visit showed the cancer was completely gone.

· Super-natural Objective Evidence: Pertaining to evidence, which is outside the natural world; and especially not attributable to natural forces.

Prophecy: The foretelling of events before their occurrence demonstrates super-natural knowledge about future events.

Example: The destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple was foretold in the book of Daniel (Daniel 9:27) over 600 years before the event. (and the Coming of the Messiah  also in Daniel chapter 9:) And several other bible prophecies.

Verified Miracles: are Events occurring outside the natural order of things, such as raising somebody from the death. Naturally, people once they die do not come back to life.

Example: The Resurrection of Jesus after He was crucified."

Some key thoughts from my book!

“But God will have a people upon the earth to maintain the Bible, and the Bible only, as the standard of all doctrines, and the basis of all reforms. The opinions of learned men, the deductions of science, the creeds or decisions of ecclesiastical councils, as numerous and discordant as are the Churches which they represent, the voice of the majority, -- not one or all of these should be regarded as evidence for or against any point of religious faith. Before accepting any doctrine or precept, we should demand a plain "Thus says the Lord  in its support.”

(The Word of God) {Great Controversy 88 595.1}

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made...” According to this verse Christ Himself was active with the Father in the Creation of this world and all its fullness. But His name was not yet Christ, Christ means the Messiah the Saviour of the world. Christ is the Word, Christ spoke the words, example ‘let there be light...’ in the process, during creation back in Genesis and the Father God created it all. See Genesis chapter 1: verses 1-31. (Also, read all of Genesis chapters 2 &3.) ...“In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” John 1:1-5. “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” 1st John 5:7. “And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.” Revelation 19:13. “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,(Jesus Christ the Lord) full of grace and truth.” John 1:10-14.

“The earth was dark through the mis-apprehension of God. That the gloomy shadows might be lightened, that the world might be brought back to God, Satan’s deceptive power was to be broken. This could not be done by force. The exercise of force is contrary to the principles of God’s government; He desires only the service of love; and love cannot be commanded; it cannot be won by force or authority. Only by love is love awakened. To know God is to love Him; His character must be manifested in contrast to the character of Satan. This work only one Being in all the universe could do. Only He who knew the height and depth of the love of God could make it know. Upon the world’s dark night the Sun of Righteousness must rise with healing in His wings.” Desire Of Ages p 22.

“The evil thoughts, the evil words, the evil deeds of every son and daughter of Adam, called for retribution upon Himself; for He had become man’s substitute. Though the guilt of sin was not His , His spirit was torn and bruised by the transgressions of man, and He who knew no sin became sin for us, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” 1 Selected Messages, p.322 “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. That though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that by His poverty you might become rich.” 2 Corinthians 8:9 “Christ was treated as we deserve, that we might be treated as He deserves. He was condemned for our sins, in which He had no share, that we might be justified by His righteousness, in which we had no share. He suffered the death which was ours, that we might receive the life which was His.” Desire Of Ages, p.25. “Such love is without a parallel. Children of the heavenly King! Precious promise! Theme for the most profound meditation! The matchless love of God for a world that did not love Him! The thought has a subduing power upon the soul and brings the mind into captivity to the will of God, the more we study the divine character in light of the cross, the more we see mercy, tenderness, and forgiveness blended with equity and justice, and more clearly we discern innumerable evidence of a love that is infinite and a tender pity surpassing a mother’s yearning sympathy for her wayward child.” Steps To Christ 6.

       “God is love!”1st John 4:7.
Genuine ‘agape’ Love is not just an emotion, it is a divine principal it’s divine compassion in action, a special consistent kindness but more, it is consistent right doing, with the right motive, and a gift from a Loving God, to those who seek it. We of ourselves cannot naturally manufacture genuine love. We are not capable of true compassion because we cannot give something we do not have. We have selfish propensities, and live mostly for two reasons to find things that give us pleasure and avoid things that cause us displeasure. Genuine compassion love is from God and only comes from having a personal relationship with, Him. We have been separated from our loving Father God, by selfishness and sin, we have a void that only God can fill. When we experience this genuine love, we will have more joy, forgiveness, kindness, patients and treat others better and experience more genuine quality, happy, healthy, lasting relationships and we will be blessed with the Spirit of Living God. We will live by the ‘golden rule’ “Treat others the same way you want them to treat you.” Most of us are selfish, self-centered people. Why is this? It is a character defect we inherited from our first human parents and from lack of understanding or experiencing the power of God’s Word to change us to be more like Him. The Lord Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth and the life... and whoever will come to me I will never turn them away."
The Holy Bible predicted with actual dates the time Christ would begin His Ministry on earth for us.  Even historians confirm these Biblical dates are accurate. The Bible is authentic, Christ came to earth to save us, here is some more convincing eveidence  of God, and His prophecies-predictions, dates accuratelly  being ful-filled.
By the way, how convincing are these Messianic prophecies? “ In his book Science Speaks, Professor Peter Stoner says that by using the modern science of probability in regards to just eight of the scores of Messianic prophecies "we find that the chance that any man might have lived down to the present time and fulfilled all eight prophecies is 1 in 1017." "That would be 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000." In order to help us understand these amazing odds, Stoner explains it by imagining that "we take 1017 (ten to the seventeenth power) silver dollars and lay them on the face of Texas. They will cover all of the State two feet deep. Now mark one of these silver dollars and stir the whole mass thoroughly, all over the State. Blindfold a man and tell him that he can travel as far as he wishes, but he must pick up one silver dollar and say that this is the right one.”
So friend, even science- mathematically proves that these prophecies that  Christ full-filled are  no accident or coincidence. God’s Holy Word, the Bible is credible, and trustworthy. Here are  some of the prophecies- dates concerning Christ the Messiah found in the Holy Bible.
“And he said unto me, For two thousand three hundred days; then the sanctuary shall be cleansed.” Dan. 8:14. In the Bible to interpret prophetic dates or times, a day equals a year. “After the number of the days in which you searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall you bear your iniquities, even forty years” Num. 14:34. “... I have appointed thee each day for a year.” Ezekiel 4:6. So using this day equals a year prophetic measurement, we come up with the accurate full-fill-ment of these two major events. The first is the coming of Christ as the predicted Messiah. Daniel 9:22-25. And the other was the cleansing of the Heavenly Sanctuary revealed in Daniel 8:14. These two great events both start at the same time beginning in 457 B C. Just the fact that these dates fit the events perfectly and history confirms it. This should be evidence enough that this day equals a year measurement is correct and that the Bible is accurate.
This time starts the count as we read here: “And he informed me, and talked with me, (he being Gabriel the angel) and said, “O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand . . . therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision: Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city . . . To seal up vision and prophecy, And to anoint the Most Holy. (Prophecy concerning the coming Messiah, Christ.) “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem Until Messiah the Prince, ( ministry of Christ) There shall be seven weeks and sixty -two weeks . . . ” Daniel 9:22-25. So the count begins at the “commandment to restore and build Jerusalem.” History and the Bible tells us this command was given in the autumn of (457 B.C..) In the first year of King Cyrus and in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes. See the commands given in Ezra. 6:, 7:6-28. Also, historians, science, archeologist and Bible Prophecy all confirm the accuracy of these things. Lets now study the Bible prophecy, we read in Daniel 9:25, that from that same “command to restore and build Jerusalem.” (457 B.C.) To the coming of Christ as the Messiah would be “seven (7) weeks and sixty-two (62) weeks,” totaling (69) weeks. ” But notice these weeks are separated (7) week’s start at (457 B.C.) 7 weeks equal (49 years) from (457 B.C.) that brings us to (408 B.C.) That is when Jerusalem was successfully rebuilt, now counting from there the (62) weeks more = (434 years) and brings us to the coming of Christ the Messiah and His Ministry and Sacrifice. (See Dan 9:26, “And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off.”) Let us review it, if we start the count after the (7)weeks-49 years of Dan. 9:25; then that brings us to (408B.C.) When the restoration and rebuilding of Jerusalem was completed; ( 49 years) from (457B.C.) Then 62weeks =434 years bring us to (27A.D) the ministry and sacrifice of Christ the Lord. Christ was 30 years old when He was baptized and started His Ministry. “The Master says . . . My appointed time is at hand . . . ” Matthew 26:18. But now we have (70) weeks, that’s adding (1) more week or (7) days to the ( 62 weeks + 7 weeks =69 weeks) day equals a year that’s so adding (1) more prophetic week to the (69 + 1 = 70 weeks or 490 years from 457 B.C.) Notice verse 27: “Then He (Christ) shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring and end to sacrifice and offering.” Dan. 9:27 ( See my Chart Illustration on Daniel’s Prophecy’s in the fifth chapter in my book.) The last week added = 7 days a day for a year = 7 years. Notice it says “in the middle of the week, day for a year, (three and a-half days =three a-half years.) Three and a-half years after Christ began His Ministry, He was “cut off or crucified; that brings us from (27A.D. to 31A.D.) This also marks the end of (69) weeks of Dan. 9:26 “ the Messiah shall be cut off.” The other “three and a-half years remaining after His sacrifice brings us to (34 A.D.) That is when the time of probation for the Jewish Nation ended, Christ came as the Messiah which made void the old sacrificial system; the Jewish leaders sealed their choice by the stoning of Stephen the disciple of Christ, as he went about preaching the gospel of Christ. They rejected the Lord and the message of salvation through Christ. The disciples were to go first to the Jews, the lost sheep of the house of God, but when the leaders showed they rejected and even killed Stephen who came to them with the message of the crucified and risen Christ the Lord, then that gave the disciples permission to give the gospel to the gentiles, (to all non-Jewish people) Paul was converted to do this, and him and Peter began giving the Gospel to the gentile world. “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you that kill the prophets, and stone them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and you would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.” Matthew 23:37-38. But now there is no jew,  greek, black or white, etcetera when it comes to God and His love and plan of salvation for us, because Christ came died and rose from the dead for all of us, regardless of your race, nationality, religion or even your sins. More convincing evidence that Christ was and is God more Bible prophecies-predictions.

Prediction: “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14

Full-filled: “But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she will bring forth a son, and you will call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and will bring forth a son, and they will call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.” Matthew 1:20-23.

Prediction: “But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Micah 5:2

Full-filled: “Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. Matthew 2:1-2.

Predicted: “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.” Isaiah 53:3-9.

Full-filled: “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. John 1:10-12 “And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots. And sitting down they watched him there; And set up over his head his accusation written, this is Jesus the King of the Jews.” Matthew 27:35-37

Predicted: “Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” Matthew 12:38-40

Full-filled : “And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him. But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done. Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre; And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive. And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said... But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had spoken, he showed them his hands and his feet. And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have you here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them. And he said unto them, These are the words which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. Luke 24:20-47.

..."And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail… Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and showed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw him, they worshiped him: but some doubted. And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Matthew 28:2-20.

“Desponding soul, take courage, even though you have done wickedly. Do not think that perhaps God won’t pardon your transgressions and permit you to come into His presence. God has made the first advance. While you were in rebellion against Him, He went forth to seek you . . .” Christ Object Lessons p.188. “For when we were yet without strength . . . Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die . . . for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commended his love toward us in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”Romans 5:6-8.  "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned...Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come." Romans 5:12-14. "For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord."  Romans 5:19-21.

       “The parables of the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the prodigal son, bring out in distinct lines God's pitying love for those who are straying from Him. Although they have turned away from God, He does not leave them in their misery. He is full of kindness and tender pity toward all who are exposed to the temptations of the artful foe. {Christ Object Lessons page 198.1}
       “In the parable of the prodigal son is presented the Lord's dealing with those who have once known the Father's love, but who have allowed the tempter to lead them captive at his will. {COL 198.2}

       “A certain man had two sons; and the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me. And he divided unto them his living. And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country." {Christ Object Lessons page 198.3}  “This younger son had become weary of the restraint of his father's house. He thought that his liberty was restricted. His father's love and care for him were misinterpreted, and he determined to follow the dictates of his own inclination. {COL 198.4-199} . . . The youth acknowledges no obligation to his father, and expresses no gratitude; yet he claims the privilege of a child in sharing his father's goods. The inheritance that would fall to him at his father's death he desires to receive now. He is bent on present enjoyment, and cares not for the future. {COL 199.1} Having obtained his patrimony,(inheritance) he goes into "a far country," away from his father's home. With money in plenty, and liberty to do as he likes, he flatters himself that the desire of his heart is reached. There is no one to say, Do not do this, for it will be an injury to yourself; or, Do this, because it is right. Evil companions help him to plunge ever deeper into sin, and he wastes his"substance with riotous living..." {COL 199.2}

I was also a modern day prodigal son, more than once the Father God literally rescued me from death and destruction of mind soul and body. He worked on my mind and heart and drew me back and accepted and forgave me, took me just as I was accepting me back into His heart of love. I can honestly say, that although I made many mistakes, have faults, trials-problems-some serious health problems! The Loving Father God has healed, blessed and forgiven me over and over again. He saw that I was a troubled son, but kept giving me that Fatherly love and help. Thank You Father God, and my Lord Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit! Our faith must be only in Christ, the church people have failed me sometimes friends, relatives, wives too, but God has never failed me! Now back to the prodigal in the story.
“What a picture here of the sinner's state! Although surrounded with the blessings of His love, there is nothing that the sinner, bent on self-indulgence and sinful pleasure, desires so much as separation from God. Like the ungrateful son, he claims the good things of God as his by right. He takes them as a matter of course, and makes no return of gratitude, renders no service of love . . . The love of God still yearns over the one who has chosen to separate from Him, and He sets in operation influences to bring him back to the Father's house. The prodigal son in his wretchedness "came to himself." The deceptive power that Satan had exercised over him was broken. He saw that his suffering was the result of his own folly, and he said, “How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! I will arise and go to my father.” Miserable as he was, the prodigal found hope in the conviction of his father's love. It was that love which was drawing him toward home. So it is the assurance of God's love that constrains the sinner to return to God. “The goodness of God leads you to repentance." Romans 2:4. A golden chain, the mercy and compassion of divine love, is passed around every imperiled soul. The Lord declares, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn you.” Jeremiah. 31:3. {Christ Object Lessons 202.1} (read the whole story of the prodigal son in the Bible (Luke 15:11-31)

                       Signs of the Last Days

The Four Messenger’s of Revelation are proclaiming the love of God and His plans for planet earth. First lets see what are the final events and some signs of the times that show we are living in the last days? Then we will study into each of the Four Messenger’s of the book of Revelation the last book in the bible. “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 2nd Timothy 3:1-7.  I have to say, this clearly identifies the characteristics of most people living on earth today, does it not? Here is more evidence from the Lord Jesus signs of the end of the world: “And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? "And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that you are not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and you shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso reads, let him understand:) ( for a better understanding of the abomination of desolation keep reading, it is later in this chapter) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray you that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christ’s, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. ( there is nothing secret about His coming, it will be very visible but only for those who are not ready, it comes like a thief in the night.) For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, (it is not a secret rapture, but with great sound of a trumpet) and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, you know that summer is nigh: So likewise you, when you shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.” Matthew 24:3-33 “When this gospel of the kingdom is preached to all the world as a witness to all nations, then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:14
